Q. Do you have rentals?

A. Liberty Landing is an owner-occupied community so we do not have rentals. However, you may find that we can arrange for a financing package that allows you the pride and privileges of home ownership for a cost comparable to a rental.

Q. What if I don’t have the best of credit?

A. We have helped find financing for residents with past credit issues; sometimes you just need a “second opinion.” Make an appointment with our financing specialist to help you locate a suitable financing program to fit your needs. You may be eligible for “in-house” financing.

Q. How much do I need for a down payment?

A. Usually lenders require between 10- 25% down. Homes purchased without financing (with cash only) may be eligible for a purchase price discount.

Q. Are children allowed?

A. Of course-! We are an all-ages community. Kids love our playground and swimming pool. We are in the AAA-rated Liberty School District.

Q. What about pets?

A. We are pet-friendly. You may have up to two animals.

Q. What does it mean that Liberty Landing is a ‘covenant community?”

A. Our Guidelines and Covenants require that all residents pass a criminal background check and maintain their homes to ensure a safe and beautiful community for all residents.
